Hotel vicino a Pulkovo Airport
Pulkovo è la porta internazionale di San Pietroburgo, a pochi minuti di taxi a sud del distretto di Moskovsky, lungo la Pulkovskoye Chosse. Le sistemazioni vanno dalle torri business Radisson alle capsule economiche e agli appartamenti con cucina, per lo piu a 15-25 minuti di taxi dal terminal.
Dormire vicino all'aeroporto Pulkovo significa scegliere un punto lungo il corridoio della Pulkovskoye Chosse, a sud del centro storico di San Pietroburgo, dove il taxi verso il terminal impiega da 6 a quasi 30 minuti a seconda della zona scelta. Le strutture piu vicine si concentrano intorno ad Aeroport e Kupchino, vicinissime alla linea metro Moskovskaya e al centro fieristico ExpoForum, mentre un secondo cerchio piu lontano offre tariffe piu basse in cambio di qualche minuto in piu di tragitto. Questo corridoio va bene per partenze all'alba, scali stretti e viaggi di lavoro legati a ExpoForum piu che per il turismo: il centro storico e l'Ermitage restano a un vero tragitto in taxi piu a nord, quindi chi vuole entrambe le cose di solito prenota due basi diverse.

Buono a sapersi
- ✓Prenota nel cerchio Aeroport o Kupchino se lo scalo dura meno di tre ore; il cerchio esterno puo aggiungere 15 minuti in piu per tratta.
- ✓Verifica che il transfer sia davvero gratuito prima di darlo per scontato: diverse strutture vicine fanno pagare lo stesso tragitto che altrove e gratis.
- ✓Chiedi un taxi alla reception invece di fermarne uno sulla Pulkovskoye Chosse di notte; ci sono auto autorizzate in un punto segnalato davanti alla maggior parte delle hall.
- ✓Porta l'indirizzo dell'hotel in cirillico per l'autista: i nomi si traslitterano in vari modi e la segnaletica vicino all'aeroporto e solo in cirillico.
- ✓L'inverno, da dicembre a febbraio, aggiunge minuti reali a ogni tragitto indicato; parti prima di quanto suggerisce la durata segnata.
