About this hotel
AVA Пулково is one of the corridor's thinnest listings on data: pet-friendly is the only confirmed amenity, and no description, taxi-time, or location-rating figures accompany the entry. The name places it in the Pulkovo area, consistent with the corridor's other apartment-style properties, but travelers should confirm transfer times, in-unit facilities, and exact location directly before booking rather than assuming parity with better-documented neighbors. The 4.65 rating is a genuinely high score, but from only 4 reviews, which means it reflects a handful of guest experiences rather than a proven, larger track record. Guests booking here should treat the listing as promising but lightly documented, and reach out directly for specifics on location and transfer time before relying on it for a tight connection.

Our take
This suits travelers specifically looking for pet-friendly apartment lodging near Pulkovo and willing to confirm the remaining details directly with the property before booking. With so little published data, first-time guests should treat the high rating as a promising but small signal rather than a settled one, and verify transfer time to the airport before relying on it for a tight connection.
- Contact the property directly to confirm exact taxi time to Pulkovo Airport before booking.
- Ask about specific in-unit amenities, since only pet-friendly is currently tagged.
- Read the available reviews individually given the small sample size behind the rating.
Why we love it
- Pet-friendly listing
- Apartment-style privacy
- High rating from early guests
- Located in the Pulkovo area
Why guests love itThere isn't much published detail to go on here beyond the pet-friendly tag and a strong early rating, so this read as a smaller, less-documented option on the corridor. The four reviews behind that 4.65 score are worth reading individually rather than trusting as a settled track record. Anyone traveling with a pet and comfortable confirming the remaining details directly with the property should find it a reasonable, if under-documented, choice.
