Our take
For a longer stop at Newark Liberty, I would put Home2 Suites by Hilton Newark Airport on the list for its kitchenettes, free breakfast and complimentary airport shuttle. An indoor pool and a fitness center add something for evenings, and the pet-friendly policy helps travelers with animals. A guest score of 7.4 from 1,222 reviews is fair. Before a very early flight, I would confirm the first shuttle time with the front desk.
- Confirm the airport shuttle schedule upon arrival to plan your transfers efficiently.
- If you're traveling with pets, make sure to inform the hotel in advance about their pet-friendly policy.
- Take advantage of the complimentary breakfast to save time and money before your flight.
